Client Background:

Balloon Safaris is a hot air balloon company that operates daily hot air balloon safaris in Masai Mara, Kenya. The client hired Charliecom Digital Marketing Agency to build a new website that displays its vast catalog of products to its users with organized ease. Following a successful website launch, they re-hired us to manage their Google Ads and Increase conversions on their website.

The Challenge:

The digital journey of booking a hot air balloon safari, from first thought to final purchase, can be long and complex. The Maasai Mara has several hot air balloon companies, other attractions, and of course, competition. The goal was to provide extra visibility across the web for fishing tourists who might be seeking hot air balloon experiences in the Maasai Mara.

The Solution:

We started by designing a mobile responsive website for potential customers in Maasai Mara looking for things to do while on safari. We later continued by implementing vital SEO components across the board, from 301 redirects to on-page execution to enhance their search listings and improve their keyword positions.

We then created a content strategy and worked with other website owners for posting and increasing domain authority. Keeping the website up to date was important, along with adjusting mobile-friendliness for the user experience.
